Agape Match LLC is an award-winning matchmaking service based in New York City that provides quality introductions and curates fun dating experiences for their selective Clients seeking a serious relationship.
Agape (ἀγάπη, agapē), the Greek word for love, is our ultimate goal and the measure of our clients’ success.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
When you decide to become a Member of Agape Match LLC, you agree to be unequivocally bound by these Membership Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy incorporated by reference into this Agreement (collectively, this “Agreement”).
By becoming a Client or Member of Agape Match LLC, you also agree to receive transactional and informational communications related to your membership via email, phone, and SMS, including but not limited to notifications, alerts, and updates. Marketing communications may also be sent to you if you have opted in to receive them. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time as detailed in the 'SMS Notifications and Marketing Communication' section of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. This might be required because of changes in the applicable laws, changes in our business practices, or the incorporation of new services.
We will notify you with reasonable means such as emails if any change materially affects your rights or obligations under this Agreement.
By electing to continue using our Services following the implementation of these changes, you will be considered bound by the updated version of the Terms of this Agreement.
You agree that the terms of this Agreement shall supersede any prior agreements and shall govern the entire relationship between Agape Match LLC and you, including but not limited to events, agreements, and any conduct preceding your acceptance of this Agreement.
Eligibility
In order to become a Client or Member of Agape Match LLC and use our Matchmaking Services, you must be at least 18 years old.

Confidentiality, honesty, and trust are of paramount importance for us. Agape Match LLC distinguishes itself from other matchmaking websites for the high-quality services we offer and the success stories of our Clients.
SMS Notifications and Marketing Communication
This campaign sends SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text 'STOP' to the shortcode. Upon sending 'STOP,' we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Agape Match LLC reserves all copyright, trademark, and any other intellectual property rights in any materials or content that are part of the Agape Match LLC Website and the Services provided to you. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or making public any such materials or content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Agape Match LLC reserves the right to take such legal action as may be appropriate to stop or prevent infringement of such rights.
No failure or delay on the part of any Party in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, or privilege preclude, any other or further exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.
The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the courts of the State of New York.
